How to Place an Order

Please enjoy viewing our carefully selected range of products. You can select any items to order by clicking 'add to bag'. Once you click 'checkout' you are taken through the steps of entering your details and the payment screen, then your order is confirmed.

Conformity of Goods

We take great care in making sure all bouquets are described and specified correctly. The colouring of items is a close representation to the actual article however, we cannot agree to any responsibility for any difference in colour caused by a computer system or browser software being used to view our website.

All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by our team of florists or have been collected from public-domain sources.

Payment Methods

We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa / Visa Electron, Switch / Maestro, Mastercard and ApplePay. We do not accept American Express.

Opayo is our gateway provider offering a secure payment system making this a safe and secure way for online shopping.

We require your correct billing address, postcode and telephone number. The details held on file for your bank account facility. Orders can only be completed once these details are authorised. We also accept cheque payment made payable to Chelsea Florals Ltd however, goods will not be dispatched until payment is cleared, this normally up to 7 days.

Please note: We require full payment when an order is placed for items in stock or custom made to order.

Prices stated are inclusive of any Value Added Tax (VAT) at the current rate 20%

Stock Availability

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime. If we do not supply the bouquets for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will process a full refund.

Delivery and Carriage

For UK mainland only: We will notify you by email when your bouquet(s) are dispatched. The delivery of bouquet(s) will be made to the address provided by you at the time you place your order.

If your order is not delivered safely within 5 working days of you receiving our email for dispatch do contact us.
