DELIVERY & RETURNS
1. You’ll receive your bouquets directly from our florists, we offer the most suitable and cost efficient shipping service, either next day or standard delivery.
2. Estimated time for delivery are displayed and detailed on the product page under folder Delivery. Actual cost of the shipping is provided during checkout.
Stock items are available to deliver, 1 working day or up to 3 working days from date order received.
Our delivery terms are door to door, UK mainland only.
Order Returns
We are able to give you a full refund for any purchased goods. We must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of delivery.
Please include copy of the order and the reason for your return.
Refunds are paid inclusive of delivery charge within 14 days of the date we receive your cancellation request.
