Flower delivery in Weybridge

It's so tempting to get waylaid delivering flowers in Weybridge! There are shops, restaurants, golf clubs, theatres and even a picturesque cricket green. Here we list our favourite places to visit. As well as ideas for bouquets for loved ones lucky enough to live in this charming spot.

Some welcome Weybridge magic

A fast train from London Waterloo means you can be in Weybridge in less than half an hour. Its proximity to the capital has seen Weybridge become a popular town with commuters. But there's far more to this idyllic spot than just its convenient location.

Shopping heaven

There are so many shops to choose from, including independent boutiques and more recognisable household names. Weybridge's main shopping street is Church Street, which offers art galleries, delis and interior design inspiration.

Café culture with a dash of celebrity

Weybridge has been home to many celebrities including John Lennon and Elton John. It's now popular with Premier League footballers. So keep your eyes peeled just in case they've headed out for a latte.

There's also a royal connection: Weybridge's luxurious Oatlands Park Hotel stands on the site of a Tudor palace. Monarchs including King Henry VIII and Queen Elizabeth would stay here.

Way down by the River Wey

In Victorian times, the River Wey was used to transport goods to and from London. Now quiet paths run along its side, many making use of the existing towpaths.

The area is known as the 'River Wey and Godalming Navigations'. One easy, dog-friendly route is the 8km/5 mile Weybridge to New Haw Lock walk

A floral tapestry

If you visit during the spring or summer, it's worth popping along to Churchfields Meadow. Wildflower seeds have been sown to create a beautiful tapestry of colour.

Speeding through history

The first ever British Grand Prix took place at Weybridge's Brooklands race track back in 1926. It became a key centre for motoring and aviation in the early days of powered flight. Head to the Brooklands Museum for the full story. You can see historical vehicles, aircraft and even climb on board Concorde!

Want some insights into the Formula 1 cars of today? Mercedes-Benz World is just a mile from Weybridge Station. You can book in for track experiences or tackle their off-road course.

The transport attractions don't stop there. The double-decker bus has been a mainstay of London's transport system for decades. Weybridge is the end of the line for some stars of transport engineering at the London Bus Museum
